Karen Schmidt

Karen Schmidt began her career in 2001 at Kaye/Bassman International, the largest single-site search firm in the Americas. She achieved Pacesetter status and revamped the company’s recruiting training program, later launched through Next Level Exchange.

Over 3,000 search firms across 30 countries have since benefited from the program. Since 2012, she’s assisted Sanford Rose Associates’ acquisition, guiding search firm owners as their chief architect. With her team, firms achieving $2M in production in 2020 saw over 100% increase in 2021. Karen and her team help leaders and their firms realize their full potential.
