Starfish Partners Healthcare met this organization’s Divisional VP at a HIMSS regional event and launched a partnership to staff their efforts to move the large health system’s 12 hospitals and 800+ providers onto a single enterprise EMR system to replace a sunsetting software program. The change helped promote greater interoperability between previously disconnected platforms. Our recruiters worked across clinical and financial departments to transition them to the new software, culminating in multiple successful Go-Live events.
